Who is Ooh?

This website is created with deep appreciation for the “Teachings of Abraham”. I have experienced life very joyfully since encountering this material. You can find out alot about these teachings just by googling “abraham-hicks” or by visiting their website: www.Abraham-Hicks.com

“Ooh!” is an expression (I am pretty sure cross cultural) that people make when they  are delighted with something; when they are at a high level of appreciation.

I KNOW that Life experience is all about attitude. I believe that the attitude of appreciation; of intending to look for value and beauty as one observes, is the most thrilling of all human attitudes.

So it is my intention to fill myself up with that attitude and to exude it in my life.

Some of what I experience I am going to want to post here.  A lot of it will be the tools and quotes that have been most eye-opening to me.
